“The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. The door knocker is lovely, solid and just as I had hoped it would be for the price. Good advice and help was given when the delivery was delayed, not really to be unexpected as the distance is some way; the staff I asked about this were very helpful even down to the detail of the size of the parcel suitable for posting. Great.”

“I searched high and low on the internet for a tall attractive fire screen and this one is absolutely perfect. I am extremely delighted with my product, the very careful packing and the prompt delivery. I originate from Wednesbury, so buying a Black Country product is even more special. “I am absolutely delighted with my new wrought iron handle. I have placed it on the left hand wall at the foot of the stairs as my handrail stops short of the last two steps and I needed a small handle as a grab to steady myself when I reach the bottom. It does the job just fine and I am really pleased. It was well made and arrived in bubble wrap together with its screws in good time. I will shop again if I need anything else, with Black Country Metal. A good company and very reasonably priced. Thank you.”
