“I've bought from. Ben before and the quality of the items I've bought have been 10 out of 10 you cant fault the workmanship the fire gard I've bought it should have been double the price for it!! Its a heavy price of workmanship I would tell anyone to buy from him very professional good quality Sue Chesterfield”

“The best customer service I’ve ever known! I ordered the goods at 4pm yesterday, called to ask how quickly I could have them and the brackets were delivered this afternoon!! Alice-Rose Langford helped me all the way, responded when she said she would and kept me updated. Cannot recommend this company and her service too highly. Huge thanks.”

“My husband and I purchased a Regency property (1820) for which we needed door furniture appropriate to the look of the period. We bought a door-knocker, doorknob and letter-plate from Black Country Metalworks. The craftsmanship and quality are both superb. I have purchased from the company before and they would always be my 'go-to' source.”

“Just received my Hydrangea' Double Stem Iron Flower sculpture and am absolutely delighted. Really well packaged and they used an excellent delivery company. The sculpture looks exactly as it does in the photo on their website. And I didn't even have to wait for it. Expected to have to wait 2 or 3 months but only took a week. I must of been lucky that they had one ready to go. I am very happy to sing their praises and hope they continue to prosper, they deserve to.”

“We purchased a fireside companion dustpan and brush. I would like to say how pleased we were with our very buy. Not only was it good value but it was absolutely beautiful. Sturdy, well made and with the loop handles it has character. Very pleased with delivery and packaging that we can recycle. Would definitely recommend this company and look forward to doing business again with them in the future.”

“The biplane balancing ornament was purchased as a present so I unwrapped it to see it was all there. I have to say I love it and am very jealous of the person I’ve bought it for. They have quite a large garden and I think it will look stunning when in place. I have had some mishaps with purchases from the internet but this was certainly not one of them. I have bought stakes from you previously and have been pleased with them but this was the first ornament. I have promised myself a small ornament from you in 2023 when I have completed my garden revamp. Thanks once again. Regards from a very happy customer”
