“Having moved into our new house two weeks ago with no letter box, post being left in rain, I contacted Black Country Metal Works and spoke to David with our choice of post box explaining our situation, David said he would mark it as Urgent, we were informed by email every step of the way and our post box arrived a day ahead of schedule just four days later! Thank you BCMW for you efficiency, our postbox looks great and our mail is dry.”

“We love our companion set. We’ve been looking for a while and this hasn’t disappointed. Looks amazing alongside our log burner and reasonably priced. Ordering, delivery, packaging you just can’t fault. Will definitely recommend and will be using again 😀”

“I recently returned an item as it was too small for my use. The return was handled very quickly. I purchased another item to find one part was faulty. My email to advise them of this was replied to straight away and a replacement part was arranged. Very good customer service. A nice range of products. I would buy from them again.”

“Ordered a sundial. Arrived very quickly and a lovely product. Only downside was that it arrives in a padded envelope and I'd expected it to be boxed. Thankfully my hall tiles survived as it landed through the post box!!”
