“A bespoke house name sign was made for me and I could not have received better customer service. I dealt with Joanne Jones throughout who understood my requirements, made useful suggestions and improved the product for me. All this was done through the medium of email and pictures which is not easy and yet a great product was delivered. I imagine it is far more difficult for people like Joanne when you're not speaking directly to the customer in person.”

“I bought the collie hanging bracket as a gift. It is sturdy and well made, reasonably priced too. Packing and delivery also first rate. I’d certainly buy again from Black Country Metal Works.”

“We ordered a custom designed weather vane from Black Country Metal Works for my dad’s 60th birthday. The process was really straight forward and we were guided through it by Joanne who answered all our questions and created the perfect design for us. We are extremely happy with the end product and would recommend the company to anyone. Thank you once again for such a bespoke piece of work.”

“What a weather vane , wow 😮 can’t believe what I got for the price, my old Regiment on a weather vane it’s the talk of all my old army buddies, ask for Joanne I never even thought it was possible to get one like it, she went the extra mile and some, can’t say enough good things about this company and her service, thanks team , one very happy customer. “Made contact with Joanne Jones at BCMW after seeing a weather vane with a dog. She explained the process really well, & between us we came up with a Dachshund closely resembling a dog of our daughters. She swiftly prepared a very reasonable estimate including posting to our house in France. It arrived a few weeks later & it is fantastic. It will sit proudly on our roof for all to see, very soon. Well done, Black Country Metal Works”

“Having seen the Weathervane Bat design on the website I had an idea for a piece of wall art which incorporated the Bat & Moon with some lettering included within the shape of the Moon. I enquired whether it would be possible to create the design and Joanne Jones, who provided excellent service throughout the process, accurately recreated the description I gave her of the picture I had in my head. Having received the manufactured design which can be seen in the attached photos I can assure any potential future customers that the whole process was outstanding and that I unreservedly recommend Black Country Metalworks, with special thanks to Joanne Jones.”

“I recently purchased two large free standing lanterns on line, unfortunately they were damaged in transit by the delivery company. On contacting BCMW, the company could not have been more helpful and immediately agreed to replace them without hesitation and both replacements arrived yesterday. The whole process was extremely well managed by Joanne in Customer Services. Thank you Joanne and I am delighted with both lanterns.”

“I was looking for a weathervane with a Hedgehog on for my daughter's b'day -Black Country designed one especially for me as they had never been asked for one previously. Joanne Jones was very helpful and even though staff were furloughed at the time the weathervane was ready in time. Very good service and a brilliant result.”

“Since lockdown, we have been buying organic milk in 2l bottles from a farmer's machine. The 4-bottle metal wine carrier we bought from Black Country Metalworks was ideal for carrying bottles home safely. Excellent price, big enough for large bottles, & very sturdy. We ordered on Friday, it arrived on Sunday & delivery was free - just what we'd been looking for!”
