“We ordered 'off the peg' bees and ladybirds to brighten up a garden wall - they are brilliant. Great quality and very robust. Would highly recommend and thanks to Lindsay for keeping us up-to-date on delivery.”

“Ordered a bespoke metal grid for an unsightly gap on the floor next to the plinth in the kitchen where the inspection chamber was sited. I spoke to Joanne who talked me through the options. She was very helpful and the outcome was very much appreciated. Looks really good as if it was meant to be there. Thank you Joanne for all your expertise. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“We ordered this weather vane for a holiday home on the coast in Anglesey and were extremely pleased with the quality, it's now erected and we think fits in perfectly for the area. The vane arrived very well packaged and special thanks to the team and Lindsay Steele for her help keeping us informed on delivery. We would highly recommend.”

“I was looking for something different and special for a 6th anniversary present for my wife, and came up with an idea of a black sign saying always as my wife is a big Harry Potter fan, Joanne Jones was outstanding throughout the whole process and I would recommend Black Country metal works if you are looking for something different.”

“There's nothing better than buying something not really knowing what kind of quality you have purchased and if it's has good has shown on the discription and photos for it to be delivered quickly and properly packaged to open and find it's even better than what you thought it would be, I'm really pleased with our Sundial and it looks fantastic in place, would definitely recommend this product and the service of the supplier. “I was looking for a pair of unique bookends and I love Disney. While searching I came across Black Country Metal Works and saw they did weather vanes and doorstops with a lovely silhouette of Mary Poppins. I emailed them to ask if they would be able to make book ends with the same silhouette. Joanne Jones responded and said they would be happy to. She explained the process of making them bespoke for me and confirmed I was happy to proceed. She kept me updated during the process. The bookends arrived and were very well wrapped. I am delighted with them, they look so nice on my bookshelf. Joanne made the whole process really easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend the company.”
