“Be careful , Christmas buyers Black knote will put defective products and anyone who’s purchasing near the holiday this way they don’t get opened up till after the warranty expires on their defective products . This way they don’t have to refund or replace so if you received something as a gift from Black and I’ll open it immediately and make sure it works”

“The first time I visited the site they had a free offer for the change pod system put my email address in there and never received a coupon to get a free kit and now when I put my email in to get it, it’s telling me it’s only for first time visitors”

“This is an update to my original review. Black Note phoned me - apologized for the shipping error - immediately shipped the items I originally ordered and has included a return label for me to return the items shipped in error. What began as an unpleasant first-time experience with Black Note has turned around and I would highly recommend them.”

“They shipped the wrong item. When I told them, they asked for a photo for verification, which I sent to them. Crickets ever since. Over $55.00 for product that was shipped in error and they can't respond to tell me how to return or how they're going to make good on their error.”

“I was sent a defective product and tried to communicate with their customer service team. I then found out they do not have one.... Someone replied to my first message after a few days with the standard response that I'm probably doing something wrong. I replied with another message detailing everything I tried and offering to send a video showing what was happening. I got a Whats app number to send a video to and could not get a response for another week. Finally had a message that they would give me a store credit for the device. I protested that the shipping cost was pretty close to the cost of a new one and no reply, just a store credit showed up. Thanks for shipping be a defective product and making me take 3 weeks to get a response only to have to pretty much eat the cost anyways. They really don't care.”

“I’ve tried black note twice. I thought it was my coils that made it taste like it’s burnt, well second time around it still has that awful taste. I have the Cavendish and Latakia, both are horrible. Shame since it’s better made than most, just taste bad.”

“I've smoked cigarettes for 52 years and recently quit thanks to vaping. I have tried numerous flavors and brands but didnt get what I was after until Black Note. I chose the Rye 4 and chocolate chip mint and both give me the throat hit I was missing from the other juices. The Rye 4 is a nice blend and the chocolate chip mint taste surprising like a subtle icecream with the tobacco flavor. I'm now sold on Black note and Whit note!”

“Black note is a top notch company! I placed an order on Oct 21, And today is Oct 23 , and my order is available at my p.o. box . I live on the east coast , so usually buying from a west coast company typically takes 7 days once it ships . I'm blown away ! Thank you Black note ! I can't wait to taste the Virginia juice ! I will update my post if there is anything negative . I had to post a review once I got that notification that my package was there . Evan tho this juice is a little pricey . There paying for expedited shipping . That's unheard of. Most vape shops are charging 12$ for shipping And some another 6$ for signature! So the extra money your spending is so that you get a great experience all the way around . From product to packaging to shipping”

“This is the finest vaping fluid out there. But getting it is another thing. I placed an order on December 15, 2020 and it’s still not arrived. No it’s not the weather, I checked, I have sent emails but to no avail. I know about Covid-19 as well but since we have to buy the larger bottles for more money (can’t buy the cheaper smaller bottles any more) you would think we would at least get the order. Can't answer the questions below because I haven't received my order.”
