“Be careful , Christmas buyers Black knote will put defective products and anyone who’s purchasing near the holiday this way they don’t get opened up till after the warranty expires on their defective products . This way they don’t have to refund or replace so if you received something as a gift from Black and I’ll open it immediately and make sure it works”

“The first time I visited the site they had a free offer for the change pod system put my email address in there and never received a coupon to get a free kit and now when I put my email in to get it, it’s telling me it’s only for first time visitors”

“They shipped the wrong item. When I told them, they asked for a photo for verification, which I sent to them. Crickets ever since. Over $55.00 for product that was shipped in error and they can't respond to tell me how to return or how they're going to make good on their error.”

“I was sent a defective product and tried to communicate with their customer service team. I then found out they do not have one.... Someone replied to my first message after a few days with the standard response that I'm probably doing something wrong. I replied with another message detailing everything I tried and offering to send a video showing what was happening. I got a Whats app number to send a video to and could not get a response for another week. Finally had a message that they would give me a store credit for the device. I protested that the shipping cost was pretty close to the cost of a new one and no reply, just a store credit showed up. Thanks for shipping be a defective product and making me take 3 weeks to get a response only to have to pretty much eat the cost anyways. They really don't care.”

“I’ve tried black note twice. I thought it was my coils that made it taste like it’s burnt, well second time around it still has that awful taste. I have the Cavendish and Latakia, both are horrible. Shame since it’s better made than most, just taste bad.”

“I read a lot of hype about black note so I took a chance and ordered Burley and Latakia. I've smoked both types of tobacco for years and love the flavors but the Black Note Ejuice was a let-down. I'm not sure I can put a finger on what they taste like but it's not pipe tobacco. I'll agree with the other posts in that the packaging, delivery and communication are impressive.”

“The 40% off coupon code didnt work for the notebook collection. And when i contacted support about it they never replied, it is now going on 14 days and i sent a few more replies now asking for a refund. Still no reply to my tickets after a few days passed.”

“I tried 2 different juices to get that traditional tobacco taste so I can get off of cigarettes. Literally no taste, customer service is great tho, fast shipping, great packaging. But all this is useless since the product itself is so diappointing..”

“It says my opinion matters so here’s my opinion I was super excited to get this E-juice especially because it was made with tobacco, but when I got it I was disappointed I did not realize that it was 50-50 PG to VG. I like my E-juice to have a higher PG base than the 50-50 this company uses so in less this company chooses to change that I’m out. 😟”

“Customer service was not helpful at all with regard to my query about Black Note items being stuck in customs; a rep said they would be checking with their EU team about my package, this was over a month ago. I sent a reminder email, no response. No chance of a refund either I guess.”
