Still waiting for refund !!! From Blacks £160.00 been 8 days now and NOTHING. Poor service. Never shop there again.

The backpack I received was second hand? Looks like someone had previously purchased it used it to go on holiday , returned it to Blacks who then sold it to me online as new? Returned it to Blacks who gave me a refund minus the £4.

Just dont bother - buy in store or not at all Placed an order online, paid with PayPal credit (so spent a bit more than I would have in store) heard nothing for a week then suddenly parcel is dispatched minus 2 items (out of stock) refund sent off and discount voucher removed (despite still being valid on purchase without the other 2 items.

As no one could give me an answer and I got a different answer and no refund, I sent a voucher.

Extremely poor service! Ordered £270 worth of clothing and it did not arrive. As I paid with PayPal Blacks refused to deal with it. After chasing PayPal was told that Blacks provided a delivery note so no refund would be given! I did not receive or sign for anything so how can there be a delivery note? They have basically stolen £270 from me!!!

On this occasion, we are unable to offer you a replacement due to lack of stock so a refund has been processed to the original payment method used.

You unhelpful horrible people. Your carrier lost my parcel so you should sent replacement next day delivery as compensation for your mistake! You refunded only partial refund. Mancunian thief’s. You will be reported!

Avoid these at all costs. Ordered an item in stock, was told it was making its way through the warehouse then received am email stating it was not in stock and my order would be cancelled. Still awaiting my refund. Has exactly the same issue with Millets and Go Outdoors and found out they are all part of JD Sports. I'll be using small independent camping stores from now on. Useless bunch of companies!
