“ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Not happy with their delivery service, as I was informed it would only take 2-4 days, now 5 days later i am told it could take upto ten days, what a con. this is not acceptable especially when you need for courses, also refused to refund me. so do not use this company, plus unknown to me they signed me up for a subscription. Thats just not right. ”

Contacted and change three customer service officers with each advising me to wait without providing any substantial details on the status of my order.The lack of transparency and resolution has left me extremely disappointed. If you are buying any books from them, think twice. The negative feedbacks are true! ”
