“Your products and supply are first class as usual, however 4 of the tins were dented which kind of takes the shine of things. Aware that your not responsible for transporting them. However every product you have supplied has been first class and will continue to purchase from your good selves. Please let your transport know to handle the product with more care.”

Thanks for the feedback Leon and glad you have a pleasant experience :) Just to reassure you, the Caputo branded tape you found on the corner of the bag is how we receive them from the manufacturer. It's what they use to reinforce the bag if they think there may be a weak spot that could burst during their long journey to the UK.
