"Purchased a pair of the X1900 craftmens trousers stretch a couple of years ago with the \"Blaklader lifetime seam warranty\". I thought that paying a little extra would be worth it due to this warranty. The work trousers are comfortable and I have enjoyed wearing them as they are good for my job and I wear them every day. However one of the seams has broken so I sent Blaklader a message explaining this with pictures and they told me to take the trousers back to the retailer. Which is where my problem begins, I buy quite a lot of stuff from all over the country. I have no idea where I bought them from, I do know it was cash as I've no credit card reference for the purchase. Who keeps the receipts from 2 years ago, or for anoifetime for that matter!! Needless to say I have a ripped pair of \u00a3150 which are no use to me and they have offered nothing in terms of help. "
