“I live in Melbourne Australia and haven’t been able to find the products I bought anywhere here. So I used a company, forward2me, who created a U.K address which Blaunerg delivered too. Parcel is now on its way to Australia. Great smooth way to get products if a company doesn’t ship worldwide. Hurrah to forward2me...”

“Ordered spare filter for 5 inch duct filter box. came quickly but did not fit, called them to advise problem found out they have changed the size of the filter box had some correct sized filters sent them to me and I received the new filters quickly. Thank you for your assistance great response good to see still some firms still have 1st class custmer service”

“Was my purchase more than six months ago? If I remember, it was for a 5 inch flap valve for a kitchen fan. As flap valves go it is a lovely one, and it is working to perfection.”
