“Fan delivered had been clearly a return even with a big oily fingerprint on the box. Fan was completely loose in the box it was in, its a £180 balanced fan but left to just rattle around. Replaces a Blauberg fan that the bearings started to fail after 2 years.”

Firstly, I am very disappointed to hear this, as a rule our returns do not go back out for resale, it is possible it has been opened to allow a customer to look at it, however, our customer services advisor will call you to discuss having this rectified for you. Secondly, regarding your previous fan, have you spoken with our customer services dept about this as you may find it is still under warranty and can be replaced.

“Well the fan works OK, but wasn't as expected. I ordered the moisture detection model and expected the moisture sensor to be in the fan, so the fan would continue to extract whilst the air was damp. But there is no sensor in the fan. Apparently it's in the control unit which I have to put in the loft, so makes no sense whatsoever. I also have a timer on the control unit which wasn't expected. I called technical support, but due to covid none was available so emailed but never got a reply. It is a quiet fan and the model matches what I ordered but doesn't appear to be as per the website. It extracts quite well and looks nice. But some technical support help at the time regarding how it actually works would have been nice, even if in german.”
