I have been waiting for over a year for our replacement blendjet. We did everything you told us to do and NEVER received another one. Tried calling and you get disconnected. This company SUCKS and the customer service SUCKS!!!!! Everything is a lie and they just want your money. My question is WHERE IS MY REPLACEMENT?????? You sent me an email saying it is on its way over a year ago.
