"Blend Jet sent an email about a recall in December of 2023. Ever since this date, I followed instructions of destroying the mechanism (the company said they would only send me a replacement if I destroyed the original product), sending them (visual) proof, ordering a replacement Blend Jet, and have been emailing them since January 2024 about my replacement that Blend Jet refuses to send me. Blend Jet has blamed supply chain, refuses to give me a cash refund (from the original purchase), refuses to offset their supply from Black Friday, and will not attempt to make any solution in this endeavor whatsoever. I read in online forums that many other people have gotten their replacements while others are still waiting like myself that are waiting 1+year and counting. I feel like I have been baited and switched for being understanding to the customer service representatives; however, this wait is absurd. I have lost all faith in this \"business\", and I question the integrity of the practices of this \"business\"."

"I purchased a blendjet for my son. There was a recall. I returned the belndjet per their instructions and received confirmation the was this past February. I can not get an update on my order. It is almost a year now. I do not recommend purchasing. Poorly made product and very poor customer service. They have been blowing up my email with ads to purchase more products. I would like my original purchase or they need to refund my money. Checkout nutribullet instead. I am going to give it a try. Blendjet is awful."

"If I could rate you as a zero, I would. Your company has the worst customer service. On April 22nd, 2024 I sent pictures to your company of my cut up part of the recalled Blendjets. I was told this summer I would be getting my replacement soon. I again sent pictures in July. Now, when I call either phone number listed...they're out of service. I would like a replacement or I want to be refunded back my money."

They issued a recall over 12 months ago & told us to dispose of the old Blendjets & the new ones would arrive in 5-6 weeks. We never received the replacement Blendjets. They appear to be an extremely corrupt & unethical company & reading reviews, both here in Australia and globally, they have upset many people by ripping them off with defective products & not sending replacements. Very disappointing indeed and I just want much money returned."
