I ordered and paid for expedited delivery. My credit card was charged and item never arrived. No response to emails, no response to chat message on website, no response to FB message and the phone number listed on the website is not a working number.

Ordered on the 10th October for a 16th October delivery date. It is now the 31st and has NOT arrived. Discussed issue with customer service last week who assured it was to be delivered the next day, 5 days later, still not here and now can not contact them! Horrendous service.

Who was able to tell me what I wanted to hear in regards to postage, delivery times ect, BEFORE I ORDERED!!! It's a special occasion, so I wanted to make sure how clear I was in regarding the delivery times and he reassured me that this would be ok.

Website said 2 to 4 days for delivery, I ordered on the 5th for my Anniversary on the 15th, chased it up on the 12th and was told inwould recieve ot on the 13th, then 3 hours later recieved an email saying it had been dispatched and would arrive on the 16th, my guess is it was never sent so was never coming on the 13th, was only sent when I chased it up which leaves my anniv present to my wife a bit of a washout now.

I ordered my 1st wedding anniversary personalised frame. I spent the money on a 2 day delivery it has never arrived and ruined my anniversary-they haven’t responded to my email and cut me off when ringing-I’m still hoping it’s due to lockdown and it will be delivered!

Ordered my item a month before my anniversary and it still hasn’t arrived. Took 14 days and some chasing to see the proof, then had to chase again to get delivery date. My anniversary has passed and still don’t have the item. I’m really disappointed and not sure I will bother putting the picture up even if it ever arrives! If I had the option to give no stars I would!

I ordered an anniversary present and paid extra for delivery. Blim and Blum made an obvious mistake on the order which ruined the present. The customer service is terrible and I cant get a refund.

I was quite impressed with the variety and selection available with Blim & Blum and opted to purchase a print with 3 star maps for my Dad’s 60th Birthday, asking to see the preview of the print before delivery (which the site states will add an extra day to delivery time).

Don't bother wasting your time ordering from these people.
I have had the same experience many other customers have complained about. Ordered an item for my 1 year wedding anniversary and paid for the two day delivery.
It is now two days overdue and still hasn't been passed on to the royal mail for delivery. I emailed the customer service email and haven't had a reply. Awful.
