Ordered on the 10th October for a 16th October delivery date. It is now the 31st and has NOT arrived. Discussed issue with customer service last week who assured it was to be delivered the next day, 5 days later, still not here and now can not contact them! Horrendous service.

We ordered a print of our daughter and husband’s 1st dance for their 1st anniversary. The print only contained notes and no lyrics. The lyrics to their song are meaningful and beautiful. This print has no meaning. I did review the print, however I thought it was to confirm spelling. I have contacted customer service multiple times with no resolution. I am beyond unhappy, disappointed and dissatisfied!

Horrible product and worse customer service. Nothing on the map that I ordered was legible. Couldn't believe it left the company in this state. When I contacted Blim & Blum, I was told that it printed to the specs. So? When asked for further help, kept getting pushed off and no response at all.

Have been waiting over a month for a resolution. One of the pictures I bought is defective and I am yet to get a response on how this is going to be resolved. Not only is this disappointing, I also paid for a proof to be done. The customer service is also extremely poor as no responses via email once purchase is made. Won't be buying again and now need to take this to Fair Trading.

Bought the personalised Anniversary print with proof, they took my money and 8 days later have heard nothing from them at all.. They haven’t even bothered to respond to my email follow ups! Covid or not... Don’t take the money if you cannot supply the service! This amounts to fraud! Based on experience so far and no hope of getting it in time for the anniversary.... I’d give them a big miss!

I ordered a lyric poster for my anniversary. When it arrived I notified them that there was a mistake on the print. I struggled to get any response from customer service. I returned the print 2 months ago and am still waiting for my refund. Very poor service.
