“I ordered a lyric poster for my anniversary. When it arrived I notified them that there was a mistake on the print. I struggled to get any response from customer service. I returned the print 2 months ago and am still waiting for my refund. Very poor service.”

“Ordered a lyric print for a wedding present. Asked for a proof which I understood takes longer. Had to email them a week later asking for the proof of image. Print arrived damaged, crease across it. Emailed photos I took of image and backing cardboard that was damaged. Response was the cardboard Isn’t easy to break. Well, it did break and crease the image. Packaging says ‘fragile don’t not bend, but the wrapping around that doesn’t say anything about being fragile. I mentioned this in my email and the response was we have trialled having fragile stickers and it has had the opposite effect. Not my issue!! Asked if I can get a replacement as not my fault print damaged. email front was ‘I’ll speak to my colleague’ haven’t heard anything back, this was 10 days ago.”
“i ordered a personalised map with a love heart design on the chosen address and paid extra for proof before postage. When the proof arrived by email there was an error it took several weeks to fix this simple error i marked with an X exactly where i wanted the love heart to be but each time it would come back in a different place that i asked. I felt like banging my head against the wall. The service from Tiffany and Tom was awful "the proof will be sent this evening by 5pm" never arrived, "your print will be printed and posted today you will receive shipping confirmation by email by 5.45pm tonight" never arrived. it was very stressful as it was a special gift for somebody which took over 3 weeks to arrive. The product itself was really disappointing! On the website it shows a detailed map of the chosen area but when it arrived it had little to no detail at all and was printed on a piece of flimsy card. what a waste of money and disappointing gift.”

Ordered a print on the 1st Dec, with the website stating that I could expect it to arrive on the 4th. After contacting customer services on the 18th, asking them if I can expect the print to arrive before Xmas, they said “no problem” (with no explanation or apology for the delay).
The print didn’t arrive till the 27th, almost an entire month after ordering it. Zero customer care. Zero interest in shopping there again.”
“Ordered the vinyl first dance. I got exactly what I ordered, looks great. However, I made a mistake with spelling on my print which I noticed within 20 mins of ordering this. I emailed customer service straight away, to which they responded promptly and said that they will notify the design team and should be no problem. I felt good at this point as it was my partners anniversary present that it would read her name correctly. Once the package arrived I presented it to my partner which she thought it looked great. The next day she said that her name is spelt incorrectly on this print. When I checked I was disappointed as it was the typo from the very start which I notified the company straight after purchasing. I hate to give a bad review as it looks great and it is an awesome idea for anniversary present but am a bit disappointed that I’m hanging this on the wall with my partners name spelt incorrectly.”

“I have bought prints from a few websites before but this company has really raised the bar.
Ordered a personalised print on Thursday morning with next day delivery option selected, was skeptical that they would actually deliver on Friday but anniversary was on Monday so they had a couple of days to get it to me in time.
Friday morning came and wow actually arrived and was perfect. My wife and I had a bit of an unusual wedding and chose a theme tune from our favourite tv show so got the lyrics for this on a print. Quality was much better than I have received elsewhere and as mentioned the delivery was unbelievably quick especially for a personalised print.
