“I was quite impressed with the variety and selection available with Blim & Blum and opted to purchase a print with 3 star maps for my Dad’s 60th Birthday, asking to see the preview of the print before delivery (which the site states will add an extra day to delivery time). As I hadn’t heard anything about the preview I had to contact them to chase this up, which I eventually received 10 days after placing my order.
I had a small query with the preview (location wasn’t mentioned on the star maps on the print) which I sent the day I received the email, but had to also chase up a response to this which I got 3 days later. By this point it was only 5 days before my Dad’s birthday, so I agreed for the preview to be printed (even though it wasn’t exactly what I wanted) in the hopes it’d be there on time, as I’d already paid for it!
Two weeks after my, somewhat reluctant, approval for the preview to be printed I had to contact Blim & Blum again in an attempt to chase up the deliver of my purchase.
Having placed my order on the 27th of September I didn’t actually receive my print until the 26th of October!
I definitely won’t be ordering from here again - there are other companies who do similar prints that are great quality and come within a reasonable time frame (ordered a print from The Night Sky as an engagement gift for a friend which arrived within a week and was amazing quality).
I’m not usually one to leave disappointing reviews, however the customer service provided by Blim and Blum was practically non existent, with no explanation provided to the delay in delivery of my purchase and no apology despite sending them a complaint regarding this.

“Purchased the personalised sheet music print for our 1st anniversary and went for the proof option. I expected it to just be a preview of the design but ended up being a design service really impressed for a £1! I had a photo of our wedding invitations and sent it over to Tiffany for her to replicate the imagery/font styles. Really truly amazingly impressed with the outcome. Such a nice gift idea will be back for more”

“I haven't even gotten my order yet and I am so over this company. It took them a week to get me my proof (Oct. 6th was my order date and I received the proof on the 13th) when on their website it says it will only take a day. Now it's October 20th and according to when I first ordered, I should have the print by now, so I went to the tracking website to see where it was at and it had me do the "select the pictures that have a car in them" type of verification OVER 20 TIMES. On top of that, I had asked for updates on shipment and delivery and I have received none. IF you still insist on ordering from this company, you better order a couple months in advance.”

I have had the same experience many other customers have complained about. Ordered an item for my 1 year wedding anniversary and paid for the two day delivery.
It is now two days overdue and still hasn't been passed on to the royal mail for delivery. I emailed the customer service email and haven't had a reply. Awful.”
“Ordered the product in early September product never actually arrived.Contacted stuff multiple time for an updated delivery date and was told someone would be in touch (heard nothing). After a month and a half of waiting I asked for a full refund. Was told by Tom.
"No problem, I have passed this over to my colleague to process the refund for you asap. You will receive an automated notification once initiated". Weeks later I am still waiting for my refund and to hear from anyone.”
“I made a mistake with the shipping address initially and contacted straight away on live chat, apple pay had my old address. Customer services corrected this straight away and very happy with the support.

“I’ll start by saying, the finished product is beautiful & I would buy another.
My only thing I suggest buyers take into consideration, is I found out after I ordered that the delivery date for express delivery is an estimate only.
I ordered for my anniversary & paid for express postage, but it didn’t arrive in time.
However, Tiffany at customer service was helpful & apologetic. She refunded the postage & kept me up to date on the arrival of my product.
Next time, I’d allow more time for delivery, but otherwise, I’m happy.”
