Ordered a lyric print for a wedding present. Asked for a proof which I understood takes longer. Had to email them a week later asking for the proof of image. Print arrived damaged, crease across it. Emailed photos I took of image and backing cardboard that was damaged. Response was the cardboard Isn’t easy to break. Well, it did break and crease the image. Packaging says ‘fragile don’t not bend, but the wrapping around that doesn’t say anything about being fragile. I mentioned this in my email and the response was we have trialled having fragile stickers and it has had the opposite effect. Not my issue!! Asked if I can get a replacement as not my fault print damaged. email front was ‘I’ll speak to my colleague’ haven’t heard anything back, this was 10 days ago.

Overpriced for what I received also the packaging left a lot to be desired. Print got stuck to packaging leaving glue marks on the print. Contacted Blim & Blum & was told I ‘should have been more careful when handling expensive artwork’. Customer service is an absolute joke!
