“Staff were very helpful and friendly, but I don't make much of the MeasureSafe insurance. You have to pay for the new delivery, (fair enough) and for the return of the old blind, (potentially, also fair) but must sign an agreement which says 'at their discretion you may be liable for the whole cost of a new blind, if it doesn't make it back to BlindsbyPost okay. I have the original packaging, but I'm not going to take the risk!”
“Motorised Blinds arrived and happy with them. Very limited information how to install and use. It was only after a few months we realised the blinds needed charged. Having paid £14 for a charger in the order we only discovered it wasn’t sent. Rang and spoke to Sophie who very disgruntled stated that it was too late and we need to pay a further £33 for an other charger. Perhaps if they offered better customer service we would have rated Blindsbypost 5 star.”
