“Harder than I thought. My windows had a thin metal plate around the intosurface which made it difficult to insert and tighten screws. Tensioners are a pain to figure out and mount correctly!!!”

“The blinds arrived nicely packaged and in a very timely way. Blinds are nice. There has been some trouble in the brackets. The blinds do not seem to click into the back of the bracket. They are inside mount.”

“This is my second purchase of the Cordless Top Down Bottom Up Single Cellular Shades and I love them. The difference with this one is it's not the blackout shade but light filtering for our bathroom. I wanted light to come through since it's the bathroom and it does just that. I can have the shade closed and the bathroom still gets natural sunlight. It's an extra bonus that you can bring the shade down from the top to let more light in and still have privacy in the bathroom. Very easy to install too. Because they are custom made to your window, which was made exactly right, they are a little expensive than the standard ones but cheaper than others I have found in store and online. You can get the shades cheaper if you get them on sell like I did. I saved 40% on this one. One thing I would have liked is more colors to choose from. I wanted a medium to dark gray and not light gray but I'm still happy with my choice. The shade only took Blindster 2 days to make our shade but it took 2 weeks to get it from the date I purchased the shade. FedEx didn't pickup the package for 6 days after the shipment information was sent to them. Then it took 6 days to get it from CA to WI. I give a 4 star because not sure about the quality due to it's too soon to tell but it does seem like good quality, for the small color choices and for how long it took to get our package delivered. I know Blindster doesn't have control over FedEx and I shouldn't complain because it was free shipping but I have gotten faster delivery with free shipping.”

“We have Blindster Deluxe Double Cellular Shades throught our house, however, did not purchase any blinds for our 3 master bedroom windows because we did not want to block any of our amazing views of protected Marsh, Water and Marina. However some nights that big full moon hindered my wife's sleeping so we purchased your Deluxe Blackout Double Cellular Shades for the Master. When the shades arrived I was surprised that the blind bracket was different than the backet for all my other blinds. So I talked to Fernando in cutomer support with a concern I received the wrong bracket, because the only way I could figure our how to attach to the blind, I was concerned it would not support the blind. Fernando asked me to send him a picture of the bracket and how I had it installed on the blind. Fernando quickly confirmed I had the correct bracket, that I installed it correctly and assured me the blind would not fall down. Thirty minutes later I had all 3 blinds successfully installed. “The faux wood blinds fit perfectly and are attractive. The new wands provided are not an improvement but rather difficult to use. The wands used to have texture because they were hexagon shaped; now they are round and slippery, difficult to grasp.”

“Our purchase experience with Blindster was fantastic. Kim from customer service offered to send us samples after we entered our order and helped us change our color decision. Kim also asked that we double check our measurements and sure enough we found 3 errors that were corrected. Everything installed exactly as expected and we love the look in our home.
