“Blindster was my second choice for my shutters! My first choice was a local company that insisted on doing the installation.We felt we could do the install ourselves.Ordering from Blindster was so easy! Their feedback was awesome and prevented us from making measuring errors.They kept in touch throughout the process.Our shutters were manufactured and shipped in a very timely manner! They arrived in perfect shape and were installed the next day by my husband with no worries whatsoever! I will use Blindster for my next order!”

“They have nice blinds and shades and I really love the no tools needed blinds I've purchased twice from Blindster. My only small complaint would be that I wish they had an option on the site to purchase spare brackets without going through customer service. That would make the process so much easier for me!”

“Although I am satisfied with the product, I was disappointed to find that all or part of the blinds that I purchased were made in China. You join hundreds of other companies that exploit the workers in China to make a profit.”

Some parts of our products are made overseas, including in China, but we only work with partners who meet strict ethical and labor standards. In some cases, U.S. made components just aren’t available or would make our products unaffordable for most of our customers. We’re always working to improve and be transparent about how we source. “I ordered light filtering shades, described as letting in a slight amount of light inside. Instead I recieved "Blackout shades". I sent photos TWICE and waited 2 weeks for them to tell me that the shades I have are light filtering. They offed to replace one shade (I bought 4). I won't buy from Blinster again.”

“The Light Filtering Fabric Roller Shade fit perfectly. Installation went smoothly. The Tension Device was different in the instructions from what was attached to the control chain, but it was figured out. This shade was installed at a rental property, so no comment on the use or durability of it yet. Shipping was fast and efficient. Had to pay for the shipping since it was an oversized shade and it did not quality for the FREE shipping.”

“We are very happy with the experience with Blindster. From the point of ordering through delivery(sooner than expected) to installation the process was smooth and instructions and communication was very good. The quality of the vertical blind we ordered was also very good. Would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in ordering blinds online.”
