“Measuring tips were helpful. Easy to pick out my blind type. I had ordered here before so I was familiar with process. I also had a coupon which helped reduce the cost. No charge on shipping is a nice feature.”

“I would have given a 5 star , but my order sat in San Diego for 4 days or more it took about 8 days to get the order when I ordered it was about 2-3 days delivery. Not a big thing but maybe give longer lead time. The one shade that is huge went pretty easy, fit great.”

“Received and one blind (black/gray) had a broken plastic part that locks into the roller, had to superglue for it to work. When adjusting the light filter the material on the shade slides about instead of being a smooth up and down motion”

“The plantation shutters are really nice. Well built and easy to put together. We ordered for one window to see if we liked it. I plan to order 3 more for our living room windows. The only disappointment is that there were no instructions or packing lists. There were a couple of extra parts and I didn’t know what they were for. I had to contact support to figure out what they were. Also I initially installed the shutter doors upside down in the frame, the doors didn’t line up properly so I knew something wasn’t right. After we figured it out they look great though. Instructions would be nice for that.”
