Although I am satisfied with the product, I was disappointed to find that all or part of the blinds that I purchased were made in China. You join hundreds of other companies that exploit the workers in China to make a profit.

Hi Joseph, thanks for your feedback. We hear you and really appreciate your concern. Some parts of our products are made overseas, including in China, but we only work with partners who meet strict ethical and labor standards. In some cases, U.S. made components just aren’t available or would make our products unaffordable for most of our customers. We’re always working to improve and be transparent about how we source. Measurement was accurate but lind fit was super tight Had to adjust metal to install. Also, tension adjustment isn't really working out.

Harder than I thought. My windows had a thin metal plate around the intosurface which made it difficult to insert and tighten screws. Tensioners are a pain to figure out and mount correctly!!!

The blind is low quality compared to others I have in my home.

I was pleased with the quality and delivery. Unfortunately, the blinds came with width and height transposed. I do not know if I made a mistake, or if they were made wrong. I just want to get the right size, and order properly with the spring sale price. I will call the number given in the refund information, but I do not know what the refund conditions are. It seems a lot to pay $100 for shipping for the remake of an order that only cost $56. It seems a "ticket number" is required to reference the service conversation, but it does not appear.

I haven’t installed them yet as they took 10 days to ship and I went out of town for a week 10 days to ship Do you find that acceptable ?

This does include one-day products that ship in one day but take the normal time frame for shipping. We appreciate your patience and hope you enjoy your blinds once installed!

Received and one blind (black/gray) had a broken plastic part that locks into the roller, had to superglue for it to work. When adjusting the light filter the material on the shade slides about instead of being a smooth up and down motion
