“Quality and color good as expected. For outside the trim installation be sure the hanging brackets are about an inch or more from the end. otherwise, you won’t be able to put the plastic plugs back into the end of the unit on each side.”

“They have nice blinds and shades and I really love the no tools needed blinds I've purchased twice from Blindster. My only small complaint would be that I wish they had an option on the site to purchase spare brackets without going through customer service. That would make the process so much easier for me!”

“The product was as expected, quality blind, easy installation. However, the shipping took way longer than expected. The arrival dates kept getting pushed back almost 3 weeks. I understand the oversized shipment was tricky but you could have been a little more accurate with the due dates.”

“Called for info on measures the operator was kind and helpful I thought the instructions on n the pulls was confusing and pictures didn’t help Very pleased with results Even more so when I ordered shades were on sale”

“The shades are good - we can't stand the moire effect that happens between the shade and the window screen (the bug screen). It seems if there were more irregularities to the woven pattern in the shade material, we wouldn't have this issue.”

“The blinds arrived nicely packaged and in a very timely way. Blinds are nice. There has been some trouble in the brackets. The blinds do not seem to click into the back of the bracket. They are inside mount.”

“This is my second purchase of the Cordless Top Down Bottom Up Single Cellular Shades and I love them. The difference with this one is it's not the blackout shade but light filtering for our bathroom. I wanted light to come through since it's the bathroom and it does just that. I can have the shade closed and the bathroom still gets natural sunlight. It's an extra bonus that you can bring the shade down from the top to let more light in and still have privacy in the bathroom. Very easy to install too. Because they are custom made to your window, which was made exactly right, they are a little expensive than the standard ones but cheaper than others I have found in store and online. You can get the shades cheaper if you get them on sell like I did. I saved 40% on this one. One thing I would have liked is more colors to choose from. I wanted a medium to dark gray and not light gray but I'm still happy with my choice. The shade only took Blindster 2 days to make our shade but it took 2 weeks to get it from the date I purchased the shade. FedEx didn't pickup the package for 6 days after the shipment information was sent to them. Then it took 6 days to get it from CA to WI. I give a 4 star because not sure about the quality due to it's too soon to tell but it does seem like good quality, for the small color choices and for how long it took to get our package delivered. I know Blindster doesn't have control over FedEx and I shouldn't complain because it was free shipping but I have gotten faster delivery with free shipping.”

“The faux wood blinds fit perfectly and are attractive. The new wands provided are not an improvement but rather difficult to use. The wands used to have texture because they were hexagon shaped; now they are round and slippery, difficult to grasp.”

“I would have given a 5 star , but my order sat in San Diego for 4 days or more it took about 8 days to get the order when I ordered it was about 2-3 days delivery. Not a big thing but maybe give longer lead time. The one shade that is huge went pretty easy, fit great.”

“The plantation shutters are really nice. Well built and easy to put together. We ordered for one window to see if we liked it. I plan to order 3 more for our living room windows. The only disappointment is that there were no instructions or packing lists. There were a couple of extra parts and I didn’t know what they were for. I had to contact support to figure out what they were. Also I initially installed the shutter doors upside down in the frame, the doors didn’t line up properly so I knew something wasn’t right. After we figured it out they look great though. Instructions would be nice for that.”
