“Quite literally the worst customer service and company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT use vodafone, they will waste your time and make your life hell. Over the past week I have calculated my time on the phone to them and it has been 4.5 hours in total. With no remorse or compensation from anyone. To name a few problems they said my new phone would arrive on saturday and it never did. On the phone they said they couldn't get it to arrive any sooner than the next saturday because it was only saturday delivery... They also prevented me from making an upgrade because they failed my credit checks even though I have 3 different business accounts with vodafone and have had my contract for 10 years. They are shocking and unfriendly. Some of the staff I spoke to had a terrible and incredibly unhelpful attitude, I was truly shocked. If you are wanting to upgrade or change provider DO NOT go with Vodafone.”

Don't deliver their product on time and can't refund you money if you don't have UK account (but to take the money of course they can). I've order in advance Sim card for my UK Vacation, they said it'll take up to 4 days, it got to the address 14 days after! Didn't got to use the Sim card bc I wasn't in the UK anymore. They refused to give me back my money, each person say something else, a month has passed and nothing is solved. Go anywhere else just not Vodafone.
BTW- they'll keep answering you that they want to help and solve the issue, but everything is lies. Tried talk to them again&again (being really naive). Still lies and a thiefs. For your peace of mind, Don't do it to yourself 🙏”

“Customer service following a fault, which was the responsibility of Openreach, was poor. The bot is useless. The online chat cannot take you to the te hi cal team. The communication from Vodafone is much less than expected. Very disappointed. All the agents were pleasant and as helpful as they could be in a system that is not fit for purpose.”

“I have had issues with Vodafone, but their customer service is improving day by day! My contract is renewed now as I trust Vodafone more than any other mobile network provider I have used. My contract is for 2 years. I am very happy for Vodafone how they have trained staff to deliver above standard performance. You have to understand that customer service is extremely important when you are dealing with any company or organisation. Customers are part of the company. If there’s no customer, the company or the organisation will no longer exist.
Very well done how Vodafone has improved. I’m happy I have now renewed my contract knowing and trusting that, they will never overcharge me or break their promises. Thank you”
