“Horrible customer service when you are trying to make a refund. They have completely stopped responding and there is no way to connect them. What kind of company does not respond back to a client, especially when I have done my part in returning the items? Would never recommend especially when there is so many better options.”

I did have a problem with one of the items but having said that from the email i posted about it to the problem being resolved took four days. Excellant after sales service. It was truly lovely but on close inspection I realised that one of the names was spelt incorrectly. I emailed them and customer services were very apologetic and sent me a replacement the next day.

Purchased Friday and received Tuesday, customer service was brilliant as I was being picky and wished to add more of my own touch to a bracelet. The bracelet turned up, packaged in a padded bag and the box for the bracelet was lovely.
The bracelet is so dainty and I cannot wait to give it to my mother in law.
Reading the comments about the quality, it is a fairly cheap priced company, so you cannot expect too much however I am happy with the product so far!
