I did have a problem with one of the items but having said that from the email i posted about it to the problem being resolved took four days. Excellant after sales service. Purchased Friday and received Tuesday, customer service was brilliant as I was being picky and wished to add more of my own touch to a bracelet. The bracelet turned up, packaged in a padded bag and the box for the bracelet was lovely.
The bracelet is so dainty and I cannot wait to give it to my mother in law.
Reading the comments about the quality, it is a fairly cheap priced company, so you cannot expect too much however I am happy with the product so far!
