“"My personal information was not kept safe by Bloommagic. I accidentally found a public file online because a seller from a website questioned my identity. The seller Googled my email address and the first result on the search was a public file that linked straight to the BloomMagic website. The public file contained all of the personal information I gave BloomMagic's website in June 2017, when I placed my first and last order of flowers. \r\nFurthermore, the same public file had a list of peoples email addresses and other sensitive personal information, dated from June 2017 up to the actual hour. After seeing this I went onto the BloomMagic public website and from what I could see somehow a section which should not have been accessible to me or anyone else in the public was openly accessible to all. It wasn't hard to find on their website and I'm not an IT expert to say the least. There I could see countless names, email addresses, phone numbers and even VAT invoices as well as all of my personal information and even worse of all, all of the information of the recipient of whom I had sent the flowers to. Needless to say I contacted Bloommagic straightaway. Bloommagic has assured me that they have reported this incident to the Data Protection Commissioner. I was offered a voucher by Bloommagic but declined this. I don't see myself putting trust in this website again when they couldn't even tell me how long all of my data had been available publically on the Internet. How could I be assured that they would keep my personal information safe second time around? \r\n"”

“Flowers delivered late afternoon, after the recipient had already left work. Nobody available to answer the phone in customer services at approx 3pm, despite repeated attempts to make contact. Very poor.”

“Hi there, I recently ordered and got delivered red roses to my partner. I was disappointed with the roses. They were dead and going brown within a day of them being delivered. I hope you will read this review as I wouldn't be rushing to order from you again after this experience. Ruairi Brennan”

“The picture on the website showed a bouquet with different types of flowers and looked very full. My mother sent me a picture when she got them and it was not at all like the picture. Very disappointed as I am living in Australia and I had organised these for her birthday as I was unable to be there to spend the day with her. I had even opted for the premium bunch to get a fuller bunch and this is was not the case from the picture I received. Very unhappy, considering the money that I had paid for what she got delivered.”

“?'m very disappointed your recent service. .I specific ask deliver before 5pm,they confirm would be no problem. When I call after 5pm they told me flowers was delivered 4.45pm wasin't true,she was in till 5pm she didn't got flowerst that time. Next day she find a flowers in her office as they was deliver 5.15pm I was waisting my money I could get myself that time ,I'm non happy about that Wouldin't recommend your service to anyone Thanks Raimondas”
