“I ordered a bouquet online and a sympathy card to be delivered to a relative in Ireland (I'm in the US). Bloom Magic handle the order wonderfully and I received word from said relative that they received a beautiful arrangement, and it was delivered on the day that Bloom Magic stated it would be. Great service. Thank you!”

“Bought flowers as a Birthday Gift for a friend. She was thrilled with the Tulip display and very impressed with the presentation box they came in. Communication during delivery was great with a confirmation email once flowers had arrived. Flowers were beautiful and recipient was very happy. Would definitely order again.”

“Very unhappy with the service. Spent nearly £90 on a deluxe flower and Prosecco gift set for my mother’s birthday. The flowers arrived wilted and when I contacted customer care they agreed to upgrade the bouquet and arrange a new delivery but this never happened. Very disappointing being unable to see my mum for her birthday in this pandemic and for this to happen with her gift. I have now been offered a refund but will stick with more reliable and quality florists in the future.”

“I had a very good experience with Bloom Magic. I'm Brazilian and my girlfriend has been living in Dublin. So I would like to send her some flowers last week and I choose to purchase from Blomm Magic's web site. I was worried because it was the first time i would use this kind of service, but everything went well, and Bloom Magic was also very concerned ans answered all my questions during the process. I highly recommen Bloom Magic!”
