“Sent my mother flowers for her birthday on Saturday 28th May. Absolutely delighted with the service delivery man went out of his way to find her apt and was very polite pleasure to deal with. And the flowers were beautiful. Will be ordering again. Thank you”

“Paying €10 for next day delivery and it doesn’t arrive until 6pm in the evening is absolutely ridiculous. Other florists don’t even charge a delivery fee and manage to deliver much quicker. The peonies were pretty but I’m glad I spent extra on the larger size - I’d imagine the regular size gives only a pithy amount of flowers (despite being expensive).”

“What a disappointing experience. Bloom Magic had been recommended by a friend and I was glad to place my order. The flowers and chocolates were for a graduation on Thursday but arrived at my house on Saturday. The flowers were wilted and looked dreadful. The address for delivery was garbled and I contacted the company to point this out. Even though the delivery was delayed, no one contacted me to resolve the problem, leaving me instead with wilted flowers and a hefty charge for flowers I couldn’t present to anyone. Truly unimpressed and won’t use this service again since previous gifts via inter flora have always proved faultless. Sorry to have to post such a negative review but it mirrors my disappointment.”
