“Great service and I was informed through the whole process where my delivery was. The receiptant advised me that they were stunning and beautifully presented. They arrived exactly the time they said they round be too ! Simply brilliant !”

“Really intuitive system for ordering with some nice add on features, makes it really easy and quick to place an order however the delivery was delayed by a day due to an error, resulting in the flowers not being delivered on time, missing my Grans 80th birthday. I was emailed notification of this but when I complained and asked for it to be rectified, I received no further correspondence which I thought was poor. I would be hesitant to use this company again due to the poor service.”

“Ordered a sat eve for delivery Monday for my grannies 80th birthday, mailed about 12 that day wondering about them, get an email about 4 saying there was a mistake and they'll be delivered Tuesday, I emailed back and got no reply. Not good enough in my opinion.”

“The tracking on the website advised me that the flowers where in preparation for the whole day , I rang the phone number in the afternoon and they said they where in transit , yet the website said they where in preparation , I asked on the phone around about what time they would be delivered and I didn't get an suitable answer I was advised that they deliver up to 6 o clock , I felt that the person on the phone could of done more to reassure me. The whole experience made me wonder if I had given my money to an internet scam to be honest , Until I heard from the receiver that they actually had them . In saying that , the actual flowers where very nice !”

“Flowers arrived as described and on time. My mom was very pleased. Only suggestion for company would be to ensure the online tracker is accurate - there was no update to the online tracking until I received the email indicating that the flowers had been delivered - and this notification was also late. very very small thing. most importantly flowers were as described and on time.”

“This has been my second order from this company. Upon my second purchase - the flowers I ordered did not match the photo as there were no hydrangeas in the bunch whatsoever. The roses fell off the stems after two days. The price of the deluxe size were overpriced and the cost of €80 did not match the size received at all. Very disappointed!”
