“The flower were wonderful and delivered very well although I was very disappointed that they did not smell as that is why I ordered these lilies because my husband loves the smell and they were for him.”

“Flowers were fresh, well presented and broadly as illustrated. However, the description included chrysanthemums which didn't seem to be included as actually delivered. Delivery after 2.00pm was requested but the flowers arrived at about 11.00 am and it was fortuitous that we were at home - actually about to get into the car. The choices available & ease of the transaction were excellent. Hope these comments are accepted as helpful - I would use Luxury Flowers again because quality & website are very good.”

“I was happy with the selection of flower arrangements to choose from. Also I found the online ordering process very efficient and easy. As a customer, one element I would like is to see provided is 'preferred delivery times'. As there is no option to choose a delivery time I was unable to guide the person I was sending the flowers to as to what time they might arrive, be it morning, afternoon or evening. This made me quite anxious as I was unsure if they would be home to receive the flowers when they arrived. I have noticed preferred delivery times available with other flower companies so maybe this is something you could potentially incorporate for your customers. That's the only issue, the rest of the experience was lovely!”

“I choose a beautiful vintage bouquet of flowers in gorgeous purples & pinks. My friend was over the moon with them and remarked on how unusual they were. Will definitely be ordering from Luxury Flowers again.”

“I ordered flowers on the 1st October to be delivered in Dublin on the 3rd October on a special anniversary. I received an email on the evening of the 3rd to state that the flowers were delivered successfully. I did not hear from the recepients of the flowers which was unusual. On the 4th I had to embarrissingly send them a text to ascertain if they received the flowers. They did not. I tried to ring the number 076 xxxxx, I was left with a long winded advertisement for Flowers Ltd. I put down the phone as I do not like listening to trivial adverts. I then emailed the company. I do not check emails until evening. I then decided to ring the number again, and after listening to the advert I spoke to a gentleman, who could not explain what happened, and he was dealing with the matter. He was very pleasant and honest, a fact I appreciated. To make a long story shorter, the flowers were delivered on the 5th Oct. with a bottle of prosceco. The flowers were not delivered on the date requested, which was the main reason for ordering them two days prior to anniversary. I am disappointed with this, and the fact that I had to embarrassingly ring the people to clarify if they got the flowers. Your computer system needs tweeking, because it notified me that the flowers were delivered, whereas the fact was they were not. When I eventually got on to your number, the person dealing with me there was very professional. I cannot say I will be using your service again. yours. Nuala Egan”
