“Hi, I stupidly put wrong address on my flowers order yesterday, I contacted James and he arranged for flowers to be picked up and re delivered to correct address straight away, I was so impressed, I will definitely be using this service again and I hope James gets employee of the month as he was so nice to deal with, very professional. “So disappointing small bunch of flower even though paid for the large size, the brunch either didn’t travel well or weren’t put together well, flowers not fresh at all!!! Not worth the cost, won’t be reordering.”

“Not at all ,flowers were to arrive on Friday of the bank holiday,arrived Tuesday withered,sent an Email Email you"s replaced them,same scenario got an Email saying they would arrive friday and again arrived monday withered.”
