I bought the gift set of tulips, chocolates and prosecco for a friend of mine. The arrangement was beautiful and very high quality for an extremely reasonable price. I was a bit worried when the tracking page did not update for me all day, but my friend got in touch to say she had received them that evening and she was over the moon. Thank you very much. I would definitely order from Bloom Magic again.

My grandmother received an order I had placed and literally a quarter of the flowers as per the image arrived-I emailed the company as they are not answering the phone lines and they have yet to respond, this company is taking advantage of the pandemic and delivery low quality battered flowers in a box and think they can get away with it by using contactless delivery on your door step, it’s a disgrace

Ordered a deluxe gift set for my niece for her Birthday last Tuesday. It was a special Birthday and she was also recuperating after an operation . She received the flowers but no Prosecco or chocolates . Very very disappointing. Could not follow up on the order by phone and found my emails were not answered promptly. So left wondering what was happening. Finally offered a very poor refund with no compensation for the missing items or disappointment experienced. Would not recommend this company at all. Bad experience ,would never recommend.

I'm having terrible trouble trying to contact this company re an order I put in yesterday. I inadvertently put a wrong post code in to the order but every effort to contact somebody has been ignored. . I corrected the address yesterday and got a message to say flowers delivered - they have not been delivered to my friend. Still trying to contact somebody to no avail. Terrible service. Never use this company again.

Had a bad experience [late delivery and flowers who not fresh]with Blooms and complained through email. Blooms have rectify the issue by sending my partner a new rosebud gift set free of charge! Thank you very much that is good service.

I ordered a Tulip delight gift set which includes Prosecco and Chocolates for a friend's 40th birthday.....The Tulips arrived and they were grand but no gifts..... Eventually got a condescending email with no real apology telling me that they had refunded me for the gifts ....To expect it in 3-5 days I was told and I quote they an 'artisan company not an assembly line', it's 3 things....Advertised on their website as a gift set! No offer to deliver the gifts separately. Really bad , will never use again or recommend

I placed my order 2 weeks ago(because of covid-19) for the flower gift set for my mams 65th birthday. From the moment I orederd until they where delivered we had no problems, great customer service. The flowers where stunning and my mam was thrilled with the gifts. I will order again.. Thank you so much. no photo as social distancing and my mam isn't great with technology.. But she loves them.

I made an order on the 26/04/2020 for delivery on the 29/04/2020 for an anniversary . The 29th came no delivery received i could not contact Bloom by phone by they emailed the parcel was with DPD..I contacted DPD they confirmed never collected the parcel i emailed Bloom for a response which i received none and today 01/05/2020 email to say Flowers may be lost and can deliver next week have requested a full refund.. DO NOT ORDER from this company very unreliable service have made a formal complaint

I handed over 70 euro for flowers what an absolute joke the flowers wouldn’t even cost 5 euro the most miserable bunch of flowers I’ve ever received absolutely disgusted and won’t even answer my emails beware of this florist I want a total refund

Absolutely terrible service order still not delivered was due yesterday for an anniversary order was placed 3 days beforehand . I have emailed customer service on both email and facebook and received no response back.

Ordered rosebud gift set flowers a day before delivery also request for delivery in the morning due a surprise birthday present cost €99,-!!! Since you can't call them I emailed Bloom Magic at 3 pm on the delivery date what time to expect the present I got no reply except the information that they received my email and being reviewed by the customer service team...... and more of that sort of nonsense. At 6:00pm the same day I emailed again to request a refund and cancel the flowers........ at 6:15pm the flowers were delivered unfortunately it was not a fresh bunch of flowers and the whole surprise was ruined. Up until now there has been no communication whatsoever from Bloom Magic. The whole experience has been incredibly disappointing and unacceptable.

Hello Edwin, We do apologise about this delay. Unfortunately due to restrictions in place by Covid-19, this part of the service is out of our control. We are aware that deliveries to loved ones are of upmost importance at this time and delays to deliveries can be quite distressing. Thank you so much for delivering the 2 most beautiful luxury flowers to my Mom and Dad and my Two pals who got engaged. They were all so happy and it made their day. Your service was second to none. The website was so easy to use and the confirmation emails and texts of when the flower's where going to be delivered and by who and then the follow up text to say that they were delivered. Will only use your service going forward. Thank you so so much for a super service.

Quite misleading. I ordered the Mulberry Bouquet of flowers and it arrived fine, quite late in the day after 6pm after it was ordered 3 days in advance. The flowers themselves are lovely and very high quality it is just that they appear nothing like what is shown in the pictures. The volume of flowers is no where near what is shown and a bit lacking, may not be the case for all but this was for me.

Quite disappointing... a substantial number of so called "storm" petals, and not only on the roses. The arrangement was lost in the hatbox
