“I ordered for my mother's 60th and what she received was shocking and nothing like what the picture suggested. The flower were not fresh and hardly any water in them when received. I also paid for the DELUXE size and the standard size wasn't even received. I am livid at the quality and standard which I have paid for and i will never use this company again.”

“Ordered 8 different giftsets to send to friends as a pandemic cheer me up....the options were endless so i mixed and matched between wine, chocolates and of course the fabulous flowers. Verdict was astounding....more than a week later i am still receiving messages that the flowers are still blooming as bright as ever. The colours and the whole display are magical...thank you Bloom for making a lot of people smile:)”
