“I sent BLOOM peony roses to my friend to congratulate her on the birth of her first granddaughter. She was thrilled and had forgotten that she loved peonies. I included a glass vase which she was thrilled with too as it saved her having to look for the correct size vase. I have said that she should allow them to dry also as I have some from BLOOM months ago which still look great dried. The flowers were delivered one day after ordering. Excellent service. I just wish you could deliver to the UK.”

“Ordered the Venice Beach Sunset Deluxe gift set for my Girlfriends birthday and what was delivered was nothing like the advertised flowers. Bouquet was tiny and had broken flowers and leaves. The box in which the items came in was also soaking wet as were the box of chocolates. Absolutely disgrace. I will not be purchasing flowers from Bloom Magic again”

“I sent two bouquets and both were beautiful. My sister , who has extremely high standards when it comes to flowers, said these were the most beautiful high quality flowers she had ever received . I had a small problem with the other delivery and it was resolved immediately, the customer service is excellent. Overall a fantastic service and one I will be using regularly.”
