“I ordered flowers based on what was shown on your website, and for the first time ever what was delivered was exactly what was,displayed. They were for my mum and she was over the moon with them. And after speaking to her on Monday she informed me that the flowers were still going strong. I love the fact that you get to choose a story of flowers and that there are several styles to choose from within. My mother doesn't like lilies as they give her migraines. So to actually find a florist that doesn't always place lilies in each bouquet is fantastic. You will be th florist of choice from here on in. Keep up the great work and keep delivering such stunning bouquets.... ????”

“Absolute disgrace paid 50 euro for flowers that was half dead i want a new set of flowers or my money back or I will be taken this further absolute disgrace you's are I had to throw out the flowers and buy new ones because I wouldn't be able to give a person something like what you gave me”

“I Ordered £80 worth of flowers and bought a vase and card. The delivery service was unable to find the address even though I sent the exact same address again. Due to the flowers then dying no flowers were ever received and I was never refunded for any of it. Definitely would not recommend this flower service!”

Hi Kathleen. The address you gave us was very rural. We only had a person's name and the town name. We were unable to contact the recipient because you did not provide us with their phone number. We immediately contacted you to request contact details for the recipient, but it took you over 2 weeks to respond to us. By that time the flowers were obviously dead. We cannot refund in this situation because the flowers were sent out with our courier partner and did not return to us. We are very sorry you had a bad experience. We always ask our customers to provide us with a recipient's phone number, and as you can imagine delivery to ambiguous addresses is almost impossible without a phone number.

“Was looking for something unusual for my Mum to have for the Halloween bank holiday weekend as she was having guests over, and a friend recommended Bloom Magic having previously received a bouquet, so I ordered the Autumnal Leaves. My Mum is really into her flowers and can be so picky. I've had some bad experiences ordering flowers online before so I was a bit concerned. I ordered on Thursday evening and they arrived the next morning and my Mum was blown away with the arrangement, she sent me loads of pictures and even used the word "divine" to describe them, and said she got loads of compliments! Will be using Bloom Magic again for sure!”

“Delivery was under 48 hours from the time of purchase! Every package was labeled well and with planting instructions. All the bulbs looked plump and in good shape. Tubers that needed re-hydration (as their nature from any outlet), did very well. Let the finger drumming begin while waiting for Spring!! Great job Bloom Magic!”

“I have never sent flowers to anyone around the world before and I wasn't sure how hard it would be. I came across Bloom Magic Flowers and am very impressed with their service. They were very helpful, and as promised my delivery was made on time. My friend was very surprised and impressed by her flower bouquet. I was impressed with the service and the online status tracking system and the delivery email which came minutes before my friends email. Talk about real time delivery! “In the past have had difficulty ordering from the England to Dublin , what a joy finding your company easy from start to finish with next day delivery also.
