“I ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered to my Mam for her birthday because I couldn't be there to give them to her in person due to Covid and they arrives exactly when they were supposed to and they were the freshest flowers ever. She was so so happy. Thank you.”

We are aware that deliveries to loved ones are of upmost importance at this time and delays to deliveries can be quite distressing. “Save your self the hassle and stress and don’t buy from here, I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday they did not come on the day of her birthday which I was told they would and I was not even provided a tracking number to track my flowers, the flowers came a day later nothing like advertised, I would have picked up the same set in Lidl and paid 50 euro less, for the price I paid I am not satisfied at all.”

“Shockingly poor customer service. Charge went through and no delivery made despite recipient being on lock-down in home due to Covid. No response to emails and no phone call possible to Bloom Magic. Same with the delivery company they use. Bitterly disappointed and will pursue this. I can understand a mistake can be made in a delivery. I cannot accept the refusal to respond to all my contacts to get help. I only gave one star so I could post this. Martina”
