“The bouquet was delivered on time but it had less flowers than expected. I ordered the premium size. The Emily bouquet that is pictured above has 5 pink roses, at least 6 purple roses and three calla lilies. My sister's bouquet had 4 pink roses, NO purple roses and NO calla lilies. The bouquet had a bunch of green plants filling the bouquet instead of having the purple roses and calla lilies. This was not worth the money.”

“The flowers wilted and started to smell within 4 days of having received them. I had cut the stems, changed the water and fed them but they weren't improving and the smell was getting horrible. I contacted Bloom who asked me to send photos to them to verify. I sent about 8 so they could see each of the flowers that was wilting. They told me to cut them again and change the water. When I replied saying I'd already done that twice and was still unhappy they never bothered replying. Would definitely not recommend. #badcustomerservice”

“The flowers arrived on Saturday and the lilys are already dead. The vase was smashed and there was hardly any water in the bag. The colours were beautiful and the arrangement was perfect.”

“Was a disaster unfortunately, nothing whatsoever to do with you guys, I purchased the deluxe roses and they were due to be delivered on Tuesday to my girlfriend which they surly were. however her baby cousin passed away on the Monday. She had to head straight home to Kerry and didn’t come back until this Monday and unfortunately considering the amazing weather over the week and the lack of water they had wilted and died, so I kind of made things worse”

“Ordered flowers online for Dublin 15 area. Instead of combination of yellow roses, pink gerberas and orange callas my mom received yellow roses (at least this part was right!), purple gerberas and no callas! And a different card! And it was a Delux size of a bouquet, not cheap! Very disappointed, especially since I live far from my mom. I spent a lot of time lovingly picking just the most beautiful bouquet and card for her, and got something completely different. So, not recommending anyone to order online from this company. :(”
