“Delivered to my sister for her golden wedding anniversary. She tells me they are beautiful but she was horrified that in order to make a circle of leaves you have used staples! Not what I or she were expecting.”

“Late delivery and when delivered the case in a delivery cardboard box which was soggy wet. The chocs were all wet and destroyed so had to be thrown out.”

“Ordered at 8am arrived at my mum by 11am, she was delighted with quality and amount of Lilly's even though I only ordered an regular size. Candle came with delivery as ordered so very pleased overall.”

“Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and paid extra for the weekend delivery. The flowers were delivered two days late with no explanation or communication from the company. They were not as described and bore no resemblance to the picture at all. I tried to contact this company through their contact us service and as yet have had no reply. Although I appreciate that their will be seasonal changes to the flowers available I did not expect them to totally different. The colours were not even similar. I'm not unreasonable and would have just appreciated some acknowledgement of my concerns but have had no contact from them even though a simple email would have sufficed. Having said this, the flowers were fresh but my experience of their after service has left me feeling that I would not recommend them to anyone else.”

“Good service. Friendly manner. Upset that my order wasn't the same as the photo and flowers were missing as they were unavailable. The bouquet was picked for those specific flowers and would have chosen a different bouquet had I known they were not going to be available. Smaller than I thought they were going to be. But overall the flowers were very pretty.”

“Flowers were delivered on time and as always were very nice too. However I did choose this bouquet because of the Calla lilies, and unfortunately there were none in the bouquet delivered.”

“I recently placed an online order for a birthday bouquet as I'm currently living abroad, I was very anxious that the flowers would be delivered on the day. I emailed and called support and spoke to a very helpful gentleman (sorry I can't remember your name, maybe Nicholas?). Flowers were delivered and I received a confirmation email. Extremely happy with the service and the birthday girl loves the bouquet!”
