“While the delivery service was very good, the actual floral arrangement was completely different from a Tropical one I chose. Instead of strong vibrant red and orange blooms of birds of paradise and ginger, the arrangement delivered was a pale imitation, albeit that the flowers, cream anthuriums were exotic. I appreciate that vendors retain the right to make changes in arrangements depending of availability of blooms, but the alternatives in this instance bore no resemblance to those featured in the online picture. I was looking for something vivacious but what was delivered was more funereal. Really disappointed.”

“I've ordered a deluxe bouquet of orchids for a Birthday. Flowers delivered were old, few flower buds fell off on a second day and most importantly orchids were extremely short. When placed in to a vase all flowers were tall apart from tiny orchids. I have contacted customer support via the phone and I was requested to send photos as a proof. Waiting for a second day to receive their response (wrote two e-mails), yet I assume that hoping for a refund, replacement or apology as a minimum is not possible.”

Hi Kathleen, As it says clearly on our website, we cannot not guarantee the exact time of delivery. Your flowers are send out in a delivery run with many other bouquets and depending on volume and traffic it is impossible for us to guarantee exactly when they will arrive.
