They arrived the following day.
Our mother was so disappointed with them, from the packaging to the actual flowers they were a total disaster.
She said they were wrapped in brown paper and the box had loose dead flower heads in the bottom, the rest of the flowers were withered, she said a child could have packed them better.
I chose the Rue Bouquet at ÂŁ36-00, and did expect quality. All i got was a disappointed mum.
I have used Bloom & Wild many times in the past and have always been a satisfied customer. Sadly not this time.”

“The flowers were not delivered to the correct address. As they were a gift I was not expecting or tracking them. They were found some days after delivery in the grounds of a nearby church. There was no box packaging but the card was with them & a neighbour recognised my name & brought them to me! Considering the flowers had been there for several days there were in a surprisingly good condition. My complaint is not about the flowers but the delivery which seems to have been just dumping them at the churchyard. If they had gone to a neighbouring house in error, I’m sure they would have been passed on to me but delivery to a church yard?!”

Each stem tiny and flimsy as if one piece of eucalyptus cut to make three pieces
I bought it to fill out with other flowers but it’s all very flimsy and pathetic
You would put it back if you were in a florist

“I would not have given one star except that it was the only way to start writing this review. I have just received the Festive Foliage selection in utter disgust. I almost threw it away until I saw that it had come from my family. How can you have the nerve to charge people an exorbitant amount of money for a bunch of shrub clippings that have been transported without even any water to keep them in something like a good condition? But then it is always about making a profit by persuading gullible people that they are buying something exclusive. A trick as old as the hills. I have written a very distressed email to my family and sincerely hope that I will never again be in receipt of anything from Bloom and Wild again.”
