made almost 23 calls till now and still keep on calling, every time I was on call almost 9-10 min waiting for the executive to pick up and talk, but no one picks, just answering machine "please hold."
It was my mistake; I was in hurry so I chose these guys before reading the review.

On contacting them they gave a flimsy excuses of delivering the chocolate through their courier partners which never happened till this date. “FAKE FRAUDSTERS CHEATERS BLOOMSVILLA
I have a serious concern about Bloomsvilla.I have ordered flowers on 14th Feb 2023 for my wife and mother from Bloomsvilla. As per the commitment shown on your website it was to be delivered on the same day. I was shown that the order was delivered maximum by 8:00 pm whereas the delivery attempt was made on 15h Feb 2023. At about 3:00 pm I got a call from their delivery partner confirming the address of delivery on which I refused to take it as the purpose went in vain.
The flowers were ordered in the context of Valentine's Day and if you couldn't deliver it the same day, the false and fake promise shouldn't have been made. I also paid the surcharge of Rs. 250 to deliver it on the same day, yet no delivery attempt was made.
When asked for the refund, they are just not accepting their mistake and neither have I been provided any service. I tried reaching out to their customer care but there was no response for the same. On pressuring them to respond properly, they sent the below response,
Sorry for the inconvenience, Delivery date and time, if promised, cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, pandemics, and during rush hour days like Rose Day, Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mothers Day, Rakhi, Diwali, Christmas, New year Eve, etc., the order cancellation would not be possible in such circumstances.
They charged me Rs. 250 as well as a surcharge to deliver the item(s) on the same day. Yet no attempt was made.”
