“Made my granddaughter so happy. She opened up the box and squealed with delight when the helium balloon bounced out of the box and floated out. In this dreadful pandemic your balloon brought a lot of joy and a little piece of happiness ( btw her baby sister enjoyed the box the balloon came in unexpected bonus) Thank you”

Hello Tiffany, We are sorry to see you were let down by our courier service. I have checked your order and can see that both your parcels left us in plenty of time to get to you. One of your parcels arrived on time but the other was delayed and arrived the next morning. I cannot see an email from you regarding this and so on this occasion we have been unable to help get this corrected. Kind regards Tilly
