“Unfortunately the balloon was attempted at the time my aunt was at her 100th birthday bash between 2pm and 4pm so was not home to accept it. If the balloon was left with a neighbour that would have been great, but instead it went to Liskeard post office and she lives in Menheniot she could not get there so a neighbour picked it up when going in five days later.”

“Great website, fabulous selections to choose from, fast service and i will definately use again. Just one point, i totally missed the area for where to send the ballons and it ended up coming back to me as it auto added the delivery address the same as billing address. Probably my own fault for not checking properly. It got sent by Parcel Force but took 4days to get to my Grandaughter. On arrival it was, amazingly, still in good order and had not deflated.”

“The patient loved the ‘Get Well’ balloon, which was delivered promptly. However, due to it being delivered to a hospital, reaching the exact location was slightly problematic. The customer service received from Tilly was excellent, not resting until the balloon had been located. Would definitely use again!”

Hi Katy, Thanks for leaving a review. The balloon sculptures are all made by hand and we are more than happy to switch out colours to suit your needs. The hair is available in black, dark brown, light brown, gold, marigold, yellow, grey, white and any other colour you may with to use! We offer the most commonly requested colours on our website, but you can always email or send a form with a colour change request at no additional charge.
