“Having paid over £10 for a Saturday delivery by DPD, I was very disappointed to receive an email from them advising the delivery had been delayed. Consequently the balloon did not arrive on the person's birthday. I appreciate the current difficulties but very disappointed that despite the cost, the delivery did not happen on requested date”

“During really hard times, Bloonaway still managed to deliver my order on time. It gave my daughter a lovely surprise on her 16th birthday, she had been planning her party for ages & the current situation crushed those plans. It was so lovely to see the shock and glee when she opened the box. They are still floating around our living room now. Thank you again for an excellent service.”

“In these strange times of not seeing nearest and dearest wanted to send my daughter something for her birthday I know she loves every year - balloons !!! She was 29 on Saturday and everything had to be sent - she was very lucky and had loads of bits but when she received her balloons she was so happy she cried. Said they absolutely made her day and was over the moon. The balloons were fabulous and so pleased I found bloonaway. Will definitely use again thank you”

“Balloon arrived in time, in perfect condition and was packaged very well. It was especially helpful not to run into problems at this time. I was made aware of delivery status with a series of emails. Highly recommended - 'thumbs up!'”

“Balloons were great, still fully inflated on arrival. Only issue was asked to be delivered on a Friday and didnt arrive until following Tuesday. This is understandable at what is a difficult time.”
