“Bought an Anniversary Balloon to arrive on the 17th June, the balloon is still as good as the day it came, as I am confined to wheelchair and my wife is 24 hour carer and as we are shielded and have been in the house for over three months, to cheer the wife up bought three smiley balloons, she is delighted and she has a cheery smile every morning. thank you”

“Would have been very good like my previous purchase a few weeks ago, but unfortunately the packaging was not as good and the top of the box was open and the weights were sticking through the bottom of the box”

“Service was excellent! Good advice to order for a date prior to occasion. I booked my delivery for 29th June, but balloon did not arrive until 1st July due to Royal Mail delay. Docked one star as the balloon I originally ordered was not available.But the personal contact I received to change the balloon was prompt and efficient. Would definitely use you again! Thanks!”

“You sent the wrong balloon. I ordered a balloon with an elephant on it and the recipient got a teddy bear. Only found out yesterday when we video called them. Very disappointed, especially considering the cost.”

“This balloon was for my mum’s 99th birthday. I was thrilled with it and mum was absolutely delighted. It was perfect, a bit of fun which at 99 she doesn’t have a lot of. Will definitely purchase again sometime in the future. Thankyou.”
