“Quick delivery but asked for personalised writing on one balloon - this didn’t happen and instead it was sent with some sweets which I didn’t want.”

“Recipient loved the balloons, arrived on time and undamaged, lovely creative surprise gift idea, have been told the quality is great too. Maybe some more designs geared towards adults would be good but ultimately was a great experience and will use them again! Thanks!”

“The ordering and delivery etc were excellent, but both balloons deflated a lot the day after we received them. Really disappointing as I thought we’d get at least 2-3 days out of them.”

“Arrived on time with free delivery, which was nice considering it was such a big parcel. Only thing that was a shame was that I requested vegetarian sweets. These were delivered but it looks like out of habit some gelatine sweets were also attached as weights for the balloon. This confused my sister as she saw the gelatine sweets before the tub of vegetarian sweets. Luckily, we were able to give away the sweets with animal bits in them. Balloons were well inflated and it was a nice bouquet. Oversll it's a nice gift for a birthday.”

“Amazing! The recipient was very happy with the balloons! They arrived the day after we ordered (free delivery) and they were well packaged and in a plain box which is great for a surprise gift! The balloons all looked perfect! I made an error in the delivery address which was quickly rectified by the team! Would recommend to everyone.”
